Here we see a Junkers Ju 88A-5 that had fallen into British hands being inspected by American personnel from the 8th USAAF during a visit to the American airbase at Bassingbourn, Cambridgeshire. The aircraft was being operated by No.1426 (Enemy Aircraft Circus) Flight. Note the Bf 109 in the background, also attracting attention.
