HMS Jed from the right
Here we see the River class destroyer HMS Jed from the right, showing her with her side guns carried in the low mounted sponsons used on early examples of the class. Note the effective looking shades over the sponsons. This might be a formal occasion, as part of the crew appear to be lined up towards the stern.
